REFUND POLICY

Sherlock Is Smart is sold as a monthly subscription through our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record.

Every school can use the free trial (30 AI conversations) to evaluate the service before paying. Because of this trial, we generally do not refund subscription payments once a billing period has begun.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support@sherlock.school. Cancellation stops all future billing, and you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

If you were charged in error or have an exceptional circumstance, email support@sherlock.school within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights that apply to you under your local law.
